SPREAD SHEET

Spreadsheet is a computer program in which data are arranged in rows and columns of a grid in tabular form for analysis, spreadsheet allows users create and manipulate data electronically.

In a spreadsheet application, each value sits in a cell. You can define what type of data is in each cell and how different cell depends on one another. The relationship between cells is called formulas, and the names of the cell are called labels, a cell is sometimes defined as the intersection between rows and column in a worksheet.

LOADING MS EXCEL AND MS ACCESS

• MS EXCEL: Left click on start button, left click on all programs, locate Microsoft office and left click it, then locate Microsoft excel and left click. Then you have successfully opened Microsoft excel.

• MS ACCESS: Left click on start button, left click on all programs, locate Microsoft office and left click it, then locate Microsoft Access and left click. Then you have successfully opened Microsoft Access.

EXITING OF MS EXCEL AND MS ACCESS

• Left click on file menu

• Take the cursor to EXIT or CLOSE then left click.

RETRIEVING FILES

• Left click on file menu

• Take the cursor to OPEN then left click.

• A window would open

• Search for file then left click on OPEN on the right bottom corner.
